Clinical Ink approached Nukeation to help conceptualize a better UX based on their existing prototypes and new features that were being added regularly. The goal of the application was to replace traditional paper forms in the medical industry with a state-of-the-art WPF powered application running on a Tablet PC.



The Tablet PC provides many advantages for quick input in such situations, however the traditional user interface is somewhat of a productivity roadblock. We created a total stylus-sensitive User Experience that was specifically focused on the environment and working conditions that medical staff would work with - for example, a high contrast interface for brightly lit rooms; buttons that are easy to locate, comprehend, and click, and so on.

The entire UX was thoroughly tested on actual Tablet PCs throughout the development process.
